At first, I had no plans of buying a new gun when March 15 rolls around. This event is very seriously making me want to buy a P3AT and a pocket holster. I usually carry either OWB or in a shoulder rig. I've got to admit, I've spent A LOT of spare time thinking about this since I first read it. I think this has been the most important thread I've ever read on this forum. I bet the main thought going through his head was that he was going to be shot and killed. Is your best option to resist or submit and in either case, hope for the best? It'd be hard to know what to do if it looks like you are likely to be shot. Also shows that an attack/robbery can happen before you have time to formulate a plan of action or even react. It's hard to be brave when a nervous punk has a gun pointed at you at close range. The guy had no idea the punk was even in the area until he saw the gun pointed at him and it was far to late. My guess is that the punk was hidden and watching the guy, just waiting for the right moment to make a move. There are too many things in our daily lives that distract us, even for a short time. Goes to show that it's hard to always stay in high alert mode in real life.
